Victoria’s story starts from a young age.
She knew early on that she wanted to go into beauty therapy, at the time it was the 90’s. It was at this time that the industry started to become more affordable to the working-class women.
My mom always wanted me to go into a job where I would be financially stable, she felt that being a beauty therapist wouldn’t be able to provide me with such.
However, by the time I was old enough to pursue my dream of attending college and qualifying in beauty, the industry had started to make an all-time high.

Gift Vouchers

The ideal gift redeemable against treatments and products, vouchers are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Cannot be used to purchase a further gift voucher. Gift Voucher code must be quoted at the time of booking. Salon Etiquette

We aim to create a welcoming environment within the salon, including our clients being able to be themselves free of judgement, whether you wish to have a good talk or simply a quiet and relaxed treatment. Should you want a Silent appointment please just request this on booking, we appreciate the need for some peace and quite. We ask that you are aware of other clientele when attending your appointments as there are relaxation treatments in progress. If you could please keep mobile phones on silent throughout the duration of your treatment. Children are not to attend appointments with you unless they are booked in for a treatment. If a child is under the age of 16 they must have a guardian attending their appointment with them. 

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Before booking your appointment we ask that you can please take the time to read through our booking and cancellation policy. These have been put in place to make sure that we can maintain a reliable and professional service for our team and clients. Please arrive at the time of your booking not before, it isn’t fair to our current client to feel as though we are rushing, we like to make sure we can give our undivided attention to each and every client. Also a member of staff may be on their allocated break. If we have the availability to start your treatment early we will contact you prior to your appointment to let you know. If your arrive 15 minutes or more late to your appointment your appointment will have to be rescheduled and you will loose your booking fee. Please factor in traffic when making your journey to your appointment. A non-refundable/transferable booking fee will be needed before your appointment can be confirmed, which can be paid via bank transfer or cash. These details will be sent to you upon booking. Your appointment has been reserved for you, should you wish to cancel or re-arrange your booking we ask for 7 days notice prior to your booking, otherwise you will loose your booking fee. Please note that no-shows are noted on our system, should this happen more than once you will not be able to book future appointments. Should you arrive for your appointment and wish to cancel a portion of what you are booked for you will still be billed for the total amount you are booked in for, this is all put in place to make sure our team do not make losses. Also we ask that when booking you are clear on what you want the end result to be, for example if you are booking for a manicure and wanting nail repairs or nail designs, we need to have the time allocated to achieve this. If it hasn’t been booked please understand the therapist may not have the time to complete it for you that date. Thank you for understanding and appreciating that our time is valuable to us all.
